Our Design Verification Unit has been operating since 2018 as type C inspection body, accredited under UNI CEI ISO/IEC 17020. It carries out verifications aimed at project validation and real-time technical controls.
We have verified over 100 projects, totaling more than over 2 billion euros, in the fields of hydraulic works (waterworks, sewerage, water centres, sewage, and water treatment plants) and waste treatment. Our verifications have covered projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) and other strategic large-scale initiatives for Acea and the community.
We are capable of performing LV3 verification on BIM models in accordance with UNI 11337 standards, working within the AcData data-sharing environment, as well as conducting traditional verifications on the project artefacts.
We have inspectors qualified in various engineering disciplines, supported by a professional development program aimed at enhancing our know-how through specialized training courses accredited by relevant professional registers.
